Enjoyed the piece and quiet of the surrounding area.

The pool is a nice size, very clean accommodation, the room was clean and comfortable, had to and great air conditioning.

One of the best holiday resorts I’ve stayed at.

Villa was beautiful, clean and spacious. Pool was big and the area around it had plenty of room with numerous sun beds. Restaurant was excellent. All the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help in any way they could.

My bed was on wheels & moved across the floor every time I moved. Could have done with sharper kitchen knives or a knife sharpener Would have preferred Happy hour drinks to be half price, rather than two at a timean

Very Good

Close to the airport. Great atmosphere and perfect service.

Not much to do for kids. No kids disco at night. No shows for children. Kids club available, but there were no children around, so my daughter didnt attend kids club. Playground available on the site which is good.

Definitely recommended.

We loved the heated pool, the entire gardening, the kids club and the crew, the bar crew, the fact that the place is never crowded, free parking, good wifi.

Not much to specify. Because we were returning customers, we naturally compared things to what they were a year ago, and we think the restaurant menu could use some changes, also the activities in the kids club could change their variety (however, the kids loved everything anyways). Some might find the landing aircraft noise a problem, but not us. I even enjoyed watching the planes, their design etc.

Wonderful

Excellent place, well kept, clean and with really good service. It is very green, one has a feeling like living in a tropical garden,

Flies are really bothering - we couldnt enjoy breakfast or coffee without beeing bothered by them. This is the only thing, which is really anoying. Nothing else to complain.

We have a very enjoyable stay

We love staying here The staff ,The Entertainment & The accommodation is excellent The only downside is the amount of planes landing & taking off It makes it a bit noisy sitting round the pool and in the accommodation It is not very peaceful

Food was a bit bland at times We have stayed here many times but the noise of the planes seem to be getting worse It does not put us off but if you are looking for peace & quiet this might not be the place to stay

Wonderful Time

It was a nice and clean place with good service. The staff were very helpful,especially the receptionist Stefan. All the staff were very nice. I also really liked the pool which was very clean and just the right size pool. I really liked how clean the residence was as well, very good cleaning service and well maintained.

There was nothing I didn't like. I wish me and my family could have stayed more than 2 weeks here because we really enjoyed our stay

Excellent apartment!

Great resort with nice amenities. Our apartment was over the top, excellent! We chose a room with a jacuzzi, both of which were pretty spacious! Even though the apartment was not on a high floor and there were neighbours nearby, the balcony felt quite secluded -especially the jacuzzi area. Also, the personnel was very kind! Overall we had a very nice stay!

First of all, the breakfast buffet was underwhelming. So little variety that it was disappointing. The quality was lower that expected as well, based on our experience from the rest of the quality of the resort premises. The worst of all was the "coffee" and the "juice" from these automatic machines.. It truly downgraded the resort in our eyes. Secondly, we faced another big disappontment. When we booked our stay we chose a room with a jacuzzi. There was not information on any usage hour restrictions. Upon our arrival, though, we were informed that we can only use it until 11 at night, to respect the other tenants because of the noise it makes. It does make sense as a rule, but it is not reasonable for someone to pay a lot more money for a jacuzzi with restrictions -and not being informed on the restrictions. We complained on the matter and we were lucky to be exempted from the rule. We did receive permission to use it all day and night long, as we wish. We appreciate the immediate solution from the management, but still, we self-restricted ourselves with using it exactly because we are consient beings and were considerate of the neighbours. So it's worth to book the jacuzzi only if you plan to stay in the room all day long, because if you plan to go sightseeing, eat dinner and return in the room by 8 in the evening, you have just about 3 hours to get in the mood and enjoy your jacuzzi experience. Personally, I couldn't imagine using it during daytime because of the hot weather (we visited mid-late August). It only made sense to use it late hours, evening and night. Also, the last thing I wanted in my holidays was to be hasty to be back in the room and digest in time in order to enjoy the jacuzzi; or have a guilt trip if i decide to use it past the restriction time.
